just a suggestion ...

the animator in me would suggest simplifying this image down to a single, clear 'line of action'.

the illustrator in me would suggest a single point of focus.

anyhow, just a suggestion my friend ...

ask yourself ... what is the point of focus (ie. where do you want me to look ) ???

then manipulate the splatter to lead me there in one simplified movement. animators usually use an arc (ie. a 'C' or an 'S'-shaped line of action ) to gently lead the eye through a shot.

again, just a suggestion ...

i should also state that having multiple points of focus is not 'wrong'. it would be appropriate if 'chaos', for instance, is the statement you are trying to convey.
